Help, need to recover iphone video file!

A few hours ago I took a video at my sister's gender reveal party(at the big moment when confetti and balloons were released) but I can't view it! There was another video taken however the quality wasn't that great so I am really hoping there is a way to fix this!

When I started to record nothing seemed wrong, no messages popped up or anything. However, after I stopped recording a message popped up saying the storage is full and it could not take any photos. I thought "okay, as long as it still took that video!" But when I went into "Photos" to view the video the still for the video was all white and showed 0:00 for the length. When I click on it, it says "Unsupported Video Format: This movie cannot be played because the video format is not supported."

I have uploaded the video to both my Macbook and my husband's PC with no luck. I have hope that I can recover this file but I don't know what to do. I hope someone has experience with this and can help me!
